I suspect it's the actual translation strings that have something broken with the "Reduce speed" message that is supposed to come in the scenario I described above. If I use another language all works fine. It appears this only happens (for me) when using Swedish TTS. But even simple overspeed warnings without cameras stop working once I have triggered this "bug".Īnd to reply to myself. Road sections without cameras have their speed limits per the normal database. Altered the speed limits on the cameras to a very high limit for the time beeing as I prefer to at least get a warning even if I then don't get the correct speed limit. It's really only when I get overspeed warning and speedcam warning that audio warnings then stop working. I did quite some testing today to confirm this. Happy to explain things more, test things, or provide additional data if needed. Have anyone seen anything like this and/or have any idea what to do. After that, I still get the information on the display, but nothing audio. However, if I get a speedcam warning which also triggers an overspeed warning, that is the last audio warning I will get. However, this have got me stumped right now. I can certainly change things as much as I want. It works just fine, and I have all the data on an SD card that I can play around with. I wouldn't be surprised if noone have an answer, but I might as well at least send the question out, and maybe I'll get lucky.

I wouldn't know.īut asking others for help with this problem is not illegal. You are of course right that it illegal to use this in your car while driving. So if you still want to behave illegally, you should do it - but not encourage others to help you. Switzerland prohibits Radar warning and -POI in the event of very high penalties.
